The source date and measure control this entry. Similar hospital names do not establish that two returns cover the same funds. Endowment disclosure

| Fiscal period end | Endowment net assets, USD | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| 2020-12-31 | $36,305,469 | Schedule D Part V, line 1g |
| 2021-12-31 | $37,431,076 | Schedule D Part V, line 1g |
| 2022-12-31 | $34,400,814 | Schedule D Part V, line 1g |

| 2024-12-31 | $47,147,375 | Schedule D Part V, line 1g |
The selected series moved from $39,103,301 at December 31, 2023 to $47,147,375 at December 31, 2024. That is a rise of $8,044,074, or 20.57% of the earlier closing balance. This arithmetic describes the change in the reported fund size. Gifts and amounts spent can also change the balance, so the percentage is not an investment performance result. Annual balance evidence
The displayed 5-date series begins at $36,305,469 on December 31, 2020 and ends at $47,147,375 on December 31, 2024. Across those observations, the closing fund balance increased by $10,841,906. The smallest reported amount is $34,400,814 at December 31, 2022; the largest is $47,147,375 at December 31, 2024. Annual balance evidence
The series records 3 increases and 1 decrease between consecutive dates in the displayed series. Each interval compares two closing accounting values. The observation count describes the published history on this page and does not imply a complete history since the fund was established. Annual balance evidence
The current-year contribution entry is $5,471,035 against an opening endowment of $39,103,301. That contribution equals 13.99% of the opening balance, a simple scale comparison between two lines of the same schedule. The explicitly reported endowment expenditure amounts sum to $1,008,655, excluding fields without a reported amount. An empty field does not establish a zero expense. This calculation preserves the source's expenditure categories; it does not assign a board-approved payout rate. Current-year entries
For the tax period ending December 31, 2024, Schedule D begins with $39,103,301 in endowment. It records $5,471,035 in contributions. The investment earnings, gains and losses line is $3,581,694. The earnings line is a dollar accounting amount. Calculating a time-weighted return would require information about the timing of external cash flows and the portfolio's return calculation. Schedule D roll-forward
The same Schedule D reports $1,008,655 for other expenditures for facilities and programs. These retain the tax form's labels. Their dollar amounts do not establish an annual spending policy based on average portfolio values. Disclosed endowment uses
The reported opening balance, additions and listed expenditures reconcile exactly to the closing balance. A zero residual confirms this accounting roll-forward; it does not validate an investment return calculation. Reconciliation inputs
Schedule D classifies the closing endowment as term endowment 100%. These percentages classify the legal restrictions on endowment funds. They do not describe investments in stocks, bonds or other asset classes. Restriction categories
The public return identifies officers for its own reporting period. Investment oversight titles from that period do not establish a current appointment. Dated public filing
The Form 990 for the period ending December 31, 2024 reports $1,813,704,654 in total assets, $1,442,236,973 in total revenue, $1,339,785,886 in total expenses. These are filer-wide figures. Total assets can include property, patient receivables and operating resources outside the endowment. Revenue and expenses describe annual activity; the endowment figure is a closing stock of assets. Tax-filing financial snapshot
Schedule H reports $89,666,268 in net community-benefit expense for the same tax period. The associated gross community-benefit expense is $216,318,600. Net expense reflects direct offsetting revenue under the schedule's definitions. It is a hospital reporting measure and is not described here as an endowment distribution. Schedule H community-benefit record
The IRS explains that organizations operating tax-exempt hospital facilities face additional requirements under Section 501(r). Those requirements concern community health needs assessments, financial assistance, limits on charges and billing and collection. The rules apply at the facility level. IRS hospital requirements

Their investment pools can overlap. The table gives scale context only; its balances should not be added together as a national endowment total. Comparison evidence

Endowments are some of the most studied investors in the world, and the numbers are scattered across financial reports, press releases and student newspapers. This site puts each endowment's figures in one place, from its own reports first, names every source, and says plainly when a number has not been published.
We run 16 in-person events a year, 4 Super Summits and 12 masterminds, in NYC, Fort Lauderdale, Dallas, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. 300 of them over 19 years.
"The Family Office Club is unique as a community. The thing I admire about you is that you started with your family, making that a priority."

Each fact names its source and its date. When two sources disagree, we show both. When an endowment has not published a number, we say so.

Practical guides for raising from, working with and running endowments. Each one is being written now and will publish here, free.
Tell me what you are raising for. I will tell you which endowments look like a fit, and which rooms are worth being in. I read these myself.
Correct it or claim it. It is free. Send the page, the change and a public source, and we will update it and note the date.
For board members, investment committee members, donors, students and journalists. Every profile shows value, return, spending and allocation with the fiscal year and source next to each figure.
Each fact names its source and its date. We start with the institution's own financial report, investment office report and press release, then official filings, then third-party reporting. Figures are tied to a fiscal year, because most endowments report once a year. When two sources disagree, we show both. When an endowment has not published a number, we say so rather than estimate it silently.

Endowments.com is a research resource on university, college and foundation endowments. Every figure carries its source and date.
I started Family Office Club 19 years ago at 26, as my 12th startup and the first one that worked. All three of my daughters are in the business with me now. My father raised $1 billion for non-profits before I ever started, so I grew up watching this.
Since then: 300+ in-person events, 1,500 investors on stage, 250+ family offices created or formalized, 46 transactions off my own balance sheet, and CIO of a $180M single family office.
I am not a broker. I am not a bank. I do not charge for anything on this site. I built it because endowment figures are spread across hundreds of reports and press releases, and few places put them side by side with sources.
